Willie Lass the Publisher of Your Home 1st moved to Chino Valley in 2006 from Kentucky. Willie purchased the coupon magazine America’s Coupon Mailer “you’ve got Money in the Mail” in 2010. This has grown to Direct Mailing over 160,000 magazines monthly. “It is a great pleasure helping businesses grow and consumers save money, that’s what we do”. February 20th, 2020 will be the March Inaugural Issue of Your Home 1st, Quad City Home Improvement Magazine. Our magazine is focused on helping homeowners find the best Home Improvement Contractors and Maintenance businesses in the Quad City. We are proud to have Sandy’s Corner a monthly Editorial by Sandy Griffis, YCCA Director. “Willie and his publications have been a partner of the YCCA for many years” Sandy said.
Your Home 1st Team has over 30 years of advertising, sales and publishing experience. Linda Abbott has been Mr. Lass’ Assistant Publisher for many years. Linda brings 15 years of retail and home improvement experience. She has worked for Home Depot as a Supervisor at the Contractors Desk. “I Love Construction, I’m so excited for us to be publishing a Home Improvement Magazine.” Linda said.
Our Graphics is headed up by Johnny Low Designs; John Lesnefsky, a longtime resident of Prescott. Now lives in Roseville, CA with his family. Johnny enrolled in the Yavapai College Graphics Design program. After college he worked for Yavapai College Marketing Department, EMI Print Works and even had his own monthly Arts and Entertainment Newspaper, you may remember “Pop Rocket”.
Creighton Grotbeck is the Accounts Manager for America’s Coupon Mailer, Zion Marketing. Mr. Lass said “Creighton makes it look easy. He is our behind the scenes coordinator who keeps the ads flowing on time, managing hundreds of ads from dozens of different advertisers monthly.” Creighton’s extensive background is in Business Management, Computer Programming/IT, Psychology, Sales and Marketing.
Alithea Lass is working in Public Relations, Advertising Sales and Social Media Marketing. Alithea has an A A Degree from Yavapai and an A A S from Phoenix Community College. She has been the Managing Partner in the family’s Mattress Store in Cottonwood, William Thomas Mattress Gallery. Mr. Lass said of his daughter, “Alithea has been managing our store and has a natural talent for sales and marketing.”
